Flow Studio: build your own AI agents and workflows

Flow Studio lets your team build its own AI agents and workflows as a chain of steps, like a flowchart: ask the AI, use a tool, check a condition, wait for a person to approve, finish. Your workflows use the same 25 tools as Chat, with a person in the loop wherever it matters.

Illustrative workflow.

Design AI workflows as a picture

Each workflow shows as a flowchart you can read at a glance, with its versions and past runs beside it. You build from 12 types of step, with live error checking as you edit. Published versions can't be changed, only replaced, and you can compare any two. Publishing is for admins only.

Errors caught before a workflow goes live

Before a workflow goes live, Flow Studio checks it for problems: a missing tool, a step that can never be reached, no ending, an endless loop, or patient data sent to a tool not approved for it. It points to the exact step that needs fixing.

Run

Run it on a schedule, on an event, or from another system

Start a workflow from another system, when something happens, or on a schedule. Runs happen instantly, live or in the background, with limits on cost, time and steps; hitting a limit is always recorded, never hidden. Progress is saved after every step, so you can cancel, retry or resume, and every run keeps a step-by-step history. To test a new version safely, run it alongside the current one and compare the results.

Approve

A person approves the steps that matter

Add a "wait for a person" step anywhere. The workflow pauses until someone approves, and unclaimed tasks expire rather than sitting forever. Flow Studio also learns from examples and from your team's corrections, but a correction is only adopted when a person decides.

Workflow automation software with permissions for every role

Designing, publishing, going live, granting tools and viewing runs are separate permissions, so the right people control each part. Workflows use the same 25 tools as Chat and the same safeguards as Chat. See how Xevyo protects every answer.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is AI workflow automation?

AI workflow automation means a series of steps that runs by itself, where some steps use AI to read, decide or write. In Flow Studio, you design those steps like a flowchart and add a person's approval wherever it matters.

How is Flow Studio different from Xevyo's AI agents?

Xevyo's AI agents are ready-made for one job each. Flow Studio is where your team builds its own agents and workflows for jobs that are specific to your business.

Can a person approve steps before they happen?

Yes. A "wait for a person" step pauses the workflow until someone approves it, and unclaimed tasks expire.

What happens if a workflow run fails?

Progress is saved after every step, so you can retry or resume from where it stopped. Every run keeps a step-by-step history.

Who can publish a workflow?

Only admins can publish. Designing, publishing, going live, granting tools and viewing runs are separate permissions.
